Reverse Proxy think tank

Probably we also need advanced options, since not all sites work well under a proxy reverse.
These options come to my mind:

• SetEnv option value
• X-Forwarded-For
• X-Forwarded-Host
• X-Forwarded-Server
• ALso options from http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_proxy.html#proxypass

Maybe a simple text-area is enough
